Alive Home Resort — one of the largest residential complexes in São Paulo, designed on a plot of over 18,000 m² with the infrastructure of an urban resort. The project by developer Lavvi combines 4 towers, dozens of formats from studios to penthouses, and more than 30 areas for living, sports, children, and work. Architecture by MCAA, landscaping by Benedito Abbud, and amenity design by Débora Aguiar. Delivery — December 2027.
